Fusion Pro Series Fabricated 10" Front Axle Assembly.
The Fusion Pro Fabricated 10" axle combines the latest and greatest in race proven axle technology and packages it into a bolt-in axle assembly that is ready for anything from daily driving to pro level racing. The axle uses the same High Pinion Gearworks Third Member design that crossed the finish line in 1st Place at King of the Hammers in 2016 and 2020.

FABRICATED 10" HOUSING - THIS IS ONE BAD A## HOUSING!
3.5" x 3/8" DOM Tube.
Formed 1/4" plate center section made from high-strength, low alloy, structural steel.
1/2" face plate made from high-strength, low alloy, structural steel, which is machined after welding to ensure a perfect fit with the third member.
LIGHTWEIGHT at approximately 70 lbs.
Only 5/16" less ground clearance than a JL front D44 and 1/2" more than a D60
INCLUDED JL bracket kit made from 1/4" steel, laser cut, and CNC bent

HIGH PINION: Where the magic happens. Ford 9" axles were designed for rear axle low pinion applications. Running a low pinion in the front means running on the weak side of the gears. In addition, the very low pinion position creates undesirable driveline angles that can create significant issues with longer travel suspension. This GEARWORKS case uses high pinion reverse cut 10" gears, making it the strongest high pinion front differential available, while providing for optimal driveline angles.
10" RING AND PINION: If you're going to make custom gears, why not make them larger?! In addition to a larger ring gear, it utilizes a larger 35 spline pinion vs. the standard 28 spline.
LOAD BOLT: The case includes a load bolt to prevent ring gear deflection (the most common cause of gear failure under load). Under load, if the ring gear starts to deflect, it hits the load bolt, thereby preventing a potential failure.

Massive 1-1/4" shank heat-treated forged ends.
Anti-rotation bushings that limit tie rod roll, resulting in tighter steering, especially when used with hydro assist.
1.75" diameter solid 7075 aluminum. 7075 is popular in off-road racing due to its "memory." If you hit the tie rod hard enough to make it flex, the bar will return to straight. The aluminum is CNC machined to exact tolerances. Just because you're not racing in King of the Hammers doesn't mean you can't run the same parts!
